tiamatladyI'm finding myself at - a point where I have close to not much to do.
- Big client is under review from boss, I need to wait for him to get changes to me before I go off any work deep ends.
- other big client I'm waiting on a phone call back, and his returning a report
- smaller clients done somewhat. I'm certain I could find busywork in there. And there's two CPAs waiting for stuff, but I need to follow up on that (at a time not 4PM, more like first thing AM tomorrow)
- bank recs and reports done for all clients whom I can do.
- waiting on info that I need to finish other stuff.
it's WEIRD.
My whole life right now is hurry up and wait
- wait for work time to be not nao
- wait for payday
- wait for client
- wait for Ebay people to pay me (I almost overspent out of PayPal. OOPS! thankfully the two bigs ones are paid and will pay with paypal so I'll be OK with bills)
- wait for being able to bill clients
- wait to buy more stuff I need for the trip
- did I mention WAIT for the trip??? I almost prefer rushing around last minute!
I got nothing of interest done last night, except make dinner, which took forever since roommate had to apply self to stove. I have NO FUCKING IDEA why what he did got it lit and what I didn't do. Tonight might be "make lasagna" night, but that might wait til tomorrow. Roommate also ate wrong sausage I was saving to make sushi, but since that's not happening until I find the sushi roller, I suppose I'll live. *grins* At least he remembered, and he won't be eating that sausage again (didn't like it. Was a chicken/apple smokey mix I thought was delish. Perfect for rolls with cukes. I plan on cutting the casings open, heating up in a pan like burger then pressing into rolls with sushi rice. YUM!)
I need to get my shit in order, it was distessing looking at the mess in the living room and not having any urge whatsoever to get up and put things away.
Have client tonight, hopefully will be home early. Want to stop by Ocean State and get envelopes, but that will wait until next payday. I have enough for stuff selling tomorrow and M will be giving me some cash for the padded envelopes I need to pick up.
Boring. I am exceptionally bored right now though. will go find some busywork.
