I moved my bed BACK into it's old corner place. This is the third time I've moved it, then back. Gotta say for now, I'm OK with it. I haven't moved in some of my furniture, and I have more juggling to do before I finalize anything. I'm waiting for roomie to get bck and am dragging him to Home Despot for hopefully stuff for my closet (removing the doors, and hanging curtains, so I can move two bookcases into position partially blocking the closet. Without the doors it frankly doesn't matter) and Ikea for the desk/hutch. Even if I don't build them tonight, I can manover around prepping for it.
but the fact is, the bed STAYS no matter what else. I hate the idea of climbing over occasional bedmates, but that's less often happening than ME trying to SLEEP in the thing, and I'm most comfortable with the bed in this position.
I think it has to do with taking down the canopy. it has seemed to open stuff up some. Of course, there WERE a gajillion hangers on the damn canopy too, so this might be why. OH HELL - I just had an idea for gaining some storage space using metal cubby things and the bookcases! OK well see if it works but it solves a number of problems! YAY!
Ok off to check Ikea and then hunt down roomie. I didn't expect to do this tonight!
