And I know it's from work. And too loud TV. And too much goings on the head. I don't' know why I'm so good at multitasking any other time of year.
Actually, I DO know why I'm better at it. Because I know I'll have time for it tomorrow. This time of year, if something doesn't get done when I've scheduled it to, it could be over a week before I can get to it again. That sucks when it's something like laundry, which is now in it's abbreviated version until April 15. *grin* Well probably earlier. My Cape job should slack off earlier than 4/15. I have so many things I want to get done. Archiving and cleaning and selling on Bay.
*sigh* why isn't there a party THIS weekend? Why are there two next weekend, two I really want to go to. Bleh.
Oh, plus I've been subjecting myself to Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's the reason I've been up so late, and so tired. I've been trying to watch one DVD a night, so as to return them. I am going to need to own them, except, well, the ending is FUCKED up. I was with it up to the 17th Angel. And after, bang! I'm watching the movies tonight. Maybe that'll fix things.
Somebody please explain to me any Asuka is pronounced "Ah-Ska". like Tasuki is pronounced "Tah-Ski", I'm not sure I get that, it's a Japanese language thing I 'm missing. I dunno, I'm a grammar freak some times.

it's also why some people used to think my name was "Sean".

Tah-ski, Tah-ski. very clearly pronounced.

Date: 2002-03-12 10:40 am (UTC)for example, the present-tense positive verbs end in -masu, but you never really say the "u". take one way of saying thank you, for example... it's spelled arigatoo gozaimasu, but if you heard it and didn't know how to spell it, you would leave off the "u".
i've heard that might vary by region, but i'm not sure how true that is.
