The other thing I wanted

I'm considering getting NetFlix, or something like it, to assist my Anime obsession. I don't WANT to buy everything I want to watch, and some things just plain out suck. So, if I start watching and like InuYasha and YuYu Hakusho, I LIKE what i see, I can buy. Otherwise, like Escaflowne, I can just watch, digest and let go.

But I want something with a decent amount of rentable anime I would like.

So, tell me, if you watch Anime, what your service is and how much you like or dislike it. Also, if I can get a referral that will get you some stuff when I join, I'm happy to do that.

This is all after the Netflix moved out of the house. I never asked for even one thing *sighs* But I figure M might use it too. So I'm leaning towards something that isn't ALL anime. (Although I'd consider it. *grins* I am a selfish 'ho after all)

I think it will do wonders for my relaxation time to have a night set aside for Anime watching at least once a week. I mean, Project Runway ends in a few weeks, THEN what do I do?

I actually use NetFlix and really enjoy it. I haven't rented any anime yet but I have added alot to my list because they seem to have quite a bit available.

I'm working my way thru season four of CSI: Las Vegas :P

I've heard a lot of good about NetFlix, and I'm leaning that way, but I do want to explore my Anime options more. I'm hoping to find the anime junkies and get some specific opinions.

At one point I think I heard about an anime-specific type of service like netflix, but I can't remember to save my life.

yeah I had too - I know there's a few anime junkies on my list, I figured I'd hear that from one of them.

I thought I'd heard it wasn't the deal Netflix is, and I think M might benefit from having NF. Once I get him a computer that is - it took over an hour for my Ipod to update last night thanks to excessive downloading and slowdown of my poor old P3! (OK Some of that was mine - I was getting songs to rebuild a mix tape on CD. I'll be sharing that over the weekend I think, after I've gotten the last few songs. it shaped my college years, and is entirely too amusing of a story to NOT share!)

Netflix

I *heart* Netflix, particularly in the colder weather. We've found we buy less DVDs and save $ at the movies, because we can easily get them through Netflix. We have the base membership, 3 disks at a time, and don't have an issue with it (you can pay more for more disks).
