so apparently for my birthday I get to shuttle my sister to an appointment for a nose job (deviated septum that HAS to get fixed NOW, although this is the very damn FIRST I've ever heard of it) and take care of her kids, one of whom has separation issues. (my niece) Because FABF can't be bothered, has enough problems with his kid (whom I feel very sorry for but can't do a damn thing about) and has told her, and I quote "Get the *eff* out of my life, you *blank*" NICE.

Ok not ON that day, just Friday, and while she made weak "but you'll want to go out" blah blah blahs, the fact did NOT stop her from pretty much implying her children will go cold and hungry and dirty out on the streets if I don't step up. *sighs*

She CAN'T get to North Carolina fast enough. I deliberately don't have children, and while I DO NOT MIND helping, I DO mind having to step in at the last minute, and rearrinage MY life in order to do so. Everything is an emergency. Nothing is planned for, everything is Drah-Mah.

Yes, I see where I get it, and yes, it's quite ironic. However, I'm the picture of stability compared to the rest of my familial unit.

Gah. And feh, even.

Enh - I'm just being cranky, it's not that big a deal - I just like Le Drah-Mah and there's not nearly enough around lately
