Sleeping/rest math
Feb. 19th, 2006 11:53 amOK, let me process this out.
I'm going back to Thursday night, as both Friday and Wednesday I had trouble sleeping.
I watched Evangelion, which ended at 1AM and rolled over and went to sleep. I had major issues waking up. I recall really waking up at 8:30. That's 7.5 hours. I felt crappy Friday morning
Last night I came home, settled down after about an hour, watched FMA, and rolled over and slept. I was falling asleep during FMA, but didn't miss anything (thankfully, I think next week is the last ep) This was about 3:30. I set my alarms for 10AM. I woke up about 2 minutes before my first alarm. That's 6.5 hours. I feel great this morning.
I don't fucking get it. Is it waking up on my own, or is it waking up AFTER 9AM? Do I really need an 11-8 schedule to really feel good? Is this something I can change, or am I locked in?
Hrm. Anyway I'm running late thanks to poking about on line. More later.
