fuck I'm tired.
Did I mention I actually WOKE up with my alarm this morning? 7AM. Go ME.
I'm aiming for it again, which is probably why I'm tired.
My mouth hurts too from a Chinese food burn last week in it's last healing route.
I didn't really eat any dinner, sort of. I decided to go back to eating low(er) carb, and getting my arse in gear. I'm not talking about skipping items to the extreme, just cutting what I can, and replacing it. Like I SHOULD be eating greens with dinner instead of rice. Rice is OK once in a while. I've also resisted bringing stuff into the house that I'd graze on, like white bread and rice.
I WILL say I had a craving and got some no-nos. Like pineapple salsa, and tortilla chips. I got ONE jar and ONE bag and ate sparingly. Plus I threw some cheddar in there too. Also tried a diet cream soda that wasn't TOO bad, but I still have the crappy fake sweetener aftertaste. It'll do in a soda craving pinch. I STILL have to make changes, like prepping more lunches, and NOT eating fast food except once in a great while, if at all. Also, if I go out I'm going to get what I like. Within reason. I think I can start skipping the crappy rice at the 99, and allow myself a dessert.
I REALLY need to get a schedule working. I'm going to dig out my Palm Pilot and see if that works. I want to leave myself time to make plans and clean and whatnot. And NOT get overwhelmed with work. Tonight I shopped. Tomorrow I have some work to do once I get home, and I'm going to run to BJs for seltzer, and maybe more protein. And some meltable cheese. Stupid cheddar!
Now I need some water, and to take out my contacts. Brush my teeth and head to bed. Stupid missing InuYasha. They need to move it to 11 or so. *grins*
