Cleaning out my closet

or in this case, the kitchen.
I actually found the instruction manual for the used portable washer!
So, what we have is a Whirlpool Convertable Compact Two Speed Automatic Washer
Model LC4900XT
This is old, I cannot find ANY info on it on the web.
It hasn't been used in QUITE a while, I'd say over a year. It IS a bit musty inside; I plan on running a load of towels in it this weekend, mostly to run some bleach through the system, and clean it out a bit.
Teh Unit says it's missing a bit in the back, to connect to the sink. I do not think so. I've compared the washer to the instructions, and it appears intact. I think Teh Unit just went overboard, but I' not negating the possibility. I'll be checking on it tomorrow, or tonight, depending on when I work on it.
So, basically, it's an older model, it still works (as of last use, which was a while ago) Perfect for the small apartment or busy mom, who needs to run smaller loads, or whatever. It's free, to the first person who wants to come get it. It's too big for my car - it needs an SUV or truck.
I have no further info, just what I've gotten from the User Guide. I can't guarantee it works, if it's NOT missing the bit, and I can test it I will update.
Poke me via comment here, or via email if interested. If I don't get any takers by say, Monday night, I'm putting it up to Freecycle Quincy.
Thanks!
