I think I own grownup furniture now!
I put my corner shelf together. It was the easiest assembly ever. And I've got Anubis, Isis and my Sacred Cows on it. Plus my fragile bone china cup from Scotland.
I purchased a piece of furniture solely to display knick knacks.
Fear for me.

Date: 2005-11-10 03:07 pm (UTC)it's actually pretty close to your mom's. You know where the Xmas Tree and the Jordan's are in Avon/Stoughton? Right there.
Stupid Watertown kicked em out. They had 20,000 people yesterday. They're running shuttles from Quincy Adams T over the weekend! (And I'm thinking about going out on Sunday via the shuttle. I want a desk, and I want to have another look at it. Hrm. Or maybe later Friday night. Wheeee!)
I resisted Ikea for the longest time, but this corner thingy is TOTALLY exactly what I wanted and couldn't find. And when I found something similar it was over $100. I paid $30.
Now I need an effeciently designed Swedish faux leather couch. *LOL*
