I"ll make a plea for attention and maybe you guys can help me too.
(Not that I expect that because if I'd listened to you guys I wouldn't have my new corset either.)
I've been ranting about this wedding I'm in. My dress is black, the other bridesmaids in a wine shade, that I recall being a bit purple.
The bride is finally showing me minute details, we're going much more Edwardian style as opposed to Victorian. Think Emma, and Pride and Prejudice. My hair is actually the right length for what we're doing. The back will be up in a roll or bun, and the front will hang down in tight curls. Keeping this in mind I've been looking on Ebay for jewelry, as each bridesmaid will be picking her own (As noone can agree to a style, and we're all very different anyway.)
I've picked out a set I really like. The bride is also in favor.
These are the earrings.
This is the necklace.
The cost, if I Buy It Now, is over $50. I think I'm going to email the seller, as she advertises that she'll give a discount if you buy both. Plus I need them by the 31st.
The question - are they worth the cost?
Addendum - The seller answered my email. She's offering me a 25% discount off of the Buy It Now prices, along with free shipping and insurance, her total cost will be $45. NOW is it worth it?
Second Addendum - I actually don't have to pay the whole thing out of MY money. I still have some money in my PayPal account, so I'd only have to put in about $20 of my own money, and that's drinks and dinner Wednesday, so if I eat in that night and don't have a drink at ManRay.....
