Hrm, the second

tiamatladyOK, so I think the room is almost done.
However there are a few items not in the room that I need to find a place for.
Most notably two boxes with files in them. (I have a lot of files. I went nuts buying supplies at one point. Plus I have lots of my old stuff, and this is after a MAJOR purge.) One portable filing box, which has papers I need to go through, a coffin shaped box I've been keeping "memories" in (For example, I know the card my Pet sent me for Valentine's Day and his phone number and address are in there.) And one newly sorted box of computer stuff I don't need out, but do need (actually it has stuff in it I need NOW, but I don't feel like sorting it tonight.) I believe these things are going to go in the unused corner in back of my desk, or, better known as where they were before.
Sometimes I wonder if I've just rearranged the clutter. I have boxes in the center of the room, but they're full of "Stuff I want to sell." These are now in reach, and I have room to work, which I was lacking before. I also have a filing "system" I have place for everything, even for the "Where the hell does THIS go!" (I love my purple baskets! One has been designated "Stuff I'm not sure what to do with" This is one basket, I can live with that.)
There IS a pile of things to go to the storage unit. I think my first goal is to get the stuff in the two storage bins for sale out. I want to take some time off from room working. I'm putting off doing my closets til next month. I'll have stuff to sell into the XMas season, which would be nice. I would like everything to be gone by mid January, one way or another. I don't want to live this way into the Season, which is going to be tough without the room weighing on me. I don't have any more room under my bed either, but I do have room in my closet, or will once I clean it out. I think all my garb and garb like items I'm keeping will go into a storage bin. I never wear the stuff except at Faire and even that's been rare. But that's for another time.
I'm happy to feel "almost finished" with this. I would like to take some time to just sit and enjoy my space. And start posting things to my sale journal *grins*
Tomorrow I'm hiding again. I have to work on the Cape and she's sure to be a pain in my ass. I'm going to be wiped when I get home, so I'm not going to worry about it.
I still want to clean the kitchen and bathroom. Maybe Saturday. I don't think I'm getting picked up until after 7ish, I could clean for a couple of hours then take a shower and get ready.
