Mmmmm-kay?

tiamatladySo, after that post, pretty much directly after, the boss comes to me to say "I have to leave for about an hour or so, do you have anything to do?" Um NO! Don't you have to cut checks? "Crap, I knew I'd forgotten something!"
What that means is that Tia gets a break in the workday. I volunteered to leave, and come back. I left about 12:15, and got back a little before 2, 20 minutes before HE did. In that time I went to another client to get caught up on their bank recs (they like to have me check over things, and make sure everything is posting right. It's a good idea, and next time I think I want to work on their payroll.) And I shot to the Job Lot I'd found on the website that's down here.
And I SCORED! I love the Job Lot, and I was so exicted I forgot to go into the Family Dollar next to it. but I wanted to be back in time anyway, and I'm glad I was. Anyway, in the Lot, I found a whole bunch of things, some I kept putting back as without a use. But I bought some sea glass to use in a vase, I'll take pics of it later to show whatI've done - it's a faboo shade of purple, and I want some more for some clear glass I've got, but I bought one small bag for now. A dollar. I found a purple satchel, from a brand name luggage dealer whom I can't remember. 5 bucks. AND I got what they're calling "wastebaskets" plastic, in a hot shade of purple, that are pretty much what I had in mind for my storage issues, although I didn't see them as plastic, i saw them as wire. but for $3 each they're WAY cheaper. I bought all six they had in this color, and I can return them if they don't work. But they should, they'll fit perfectly and all MATCH! I LOVE when I find what I need, or at least something I can work with!
I can't wait to get home and see how they look. But I have smoe work to do, and I'm waiting on him cutting checks. more later after I start to decorate!
