- Went to the Haus of Bunnies and Cat last night. Was treated to a VERY nice dinner, AND was given leftovers for later *wheee* Got instructions and a key.
- Decided the Grownups needed some alone time pre-Con, and I wanted to do something a bit more stressful than bookstore browsing, so I threw on some clothes and went out to ManRay. Was going to leave early.
- HE was there. More later in a friends only, I'm sure.
- Was taunted by non-available chocolate (Damn that Captain Charming, but I MIGHT just have to think of SOME kind of reward, it appears that I have a LARGE amount of chocolate coming. Also, he stepped on a Sea Urchin. A SEA URCHIN! How fucking Hollywood is that? He's so damn sexy *silly grin*)

blackcelebrator as becoming par for the course *grins* I anticipate MANY sexy parties at the "pad" in the ghetto, and I need to find SOMEONE a quilted silk smoking jacket. And a little pipe that blows bubbles. (See Family Guy for the sexy party reference. NOT actually a sexy party, more like a "Benny Hill" sexy party. If you have to ask me who Benny Hill is you need to STOP reading my LJ - you're not old enough.)
- Stayed til close. *sighs* Drove back to the Haus of Bunnies and Cat to curl up on the couch for what I consider a Nap. Jeebus.
- 10 past 6 - awake and ready to haul ass. B&J were at the airport, luggage and all, by 7:00 AM, and I was home by 7:30. I'm trying not to answer the call of my bed. I'm wanting to get to work early, so I'm going to hop in the shower soon. I'm hoping to get out of the office early today, to come home and do some cleaning before heading back to the Haus and see what terror Max has wrought.
So I'm wiped, but it was worth it. MORE than worth it. I hate this line of thinking. But I'm loving it too, I just wish it was over someone more worthy. I don't see this course being anything but heartache.
Yeah anyway, I'm going to shower then consider the friend's only.

I don't, however, feel that Benny Hill will be in any way tied to one of my parties. I anticipate something on more of a Fitzgerald scale. I do need that smoking jacket though--in the meantime, I suppose the kimono shall suffice. I saw a gorgeous smoking jacket in Filene's Basement last year; however, as it was Brioni, it was still upwards of $400. Alas, not in my price range.

Date: 2004-09-02 02:52 pm (UTC)Assuming I find a smoking jacket, I'd also need an ascot--and I mean a real one, not one of those clip-on things they have in tuxedo shops. That clip on ascots exist is appalling. I mean, the tying of an ascot is less involved than that of a necktie for Christ's sake! Crap, I'm ranting about fashion again.
The bubble pipe could be fun, though I'd no doubt end up with lungfulls of soap. I'd be more tempted, perhaps, to go with a liccorice pipe.
And bring on the women! I'm all for that.
