I have an issue - there's a bottle of coolant that is leaking rather BADLY and needs to be ditched, but WHERE? I might toss out all the house garbage I can reach before my client, and it with it. It's a dumpster, it can handle some leaky coolant.
There is also a couch in front of the house. OBVIOUSLY someone feels that THIS is the proper disposal situation. However, since we're a condo building the garbage man does NOT pick up from in front. We have a dumpster and pay for it to be emptied. You're supposed to break up furniture and put it in. IF it doesn't fit, otherwise it can just go right in. This was obviously too much effort for the couch people. Noone from the condo company has done anything. And they want more money from us to live here (condo fees) Ahem - you can't even get rid of a couch, and WHERE is the copy of the Operating Account? We asked for and got copies of activity and bank statement from the management company. We did NOT get the operating account, which I'm thinking is where they're hiding their sins. I mean WHO FREAKING HAS a passbook account? Anyone ever know a BUSINESS that has an ACTUAL PASSBOOK???
Ok I'm getting started.
I'm off to my ass client, and I am ONLY going to be in there as long as necessary. I'm hoping to stop at Home Despot to return a couple of things, then stop back here to pack a few things, recheck emails, and go to next client. I REALLY don't want to go to Rockland at ALL, but *shrugs*
But the car is empty except for some trash.
Which was the whole point.
