Dear gods

Please get me the hell out of here!
I'm willing to work, I need something to get me off my ass.
I can't even think about a new place without more work.
And SHE is driving me crazy. She's done nothing but scream at my nephew. I don't get her, he's annoying but not to the screechy level she was at. THIS is why I don't want kids, I don't want to sound like that. I think kids should be able to ask questions. I don't think they should be screamed at for talking. But, that said, my nephew talks a LOT, and makes demands, and when he's told "No" does it anyway. And she actually wonders where his lack of self control comes.

ARGH!

I need to get dressed and move my car. Apparently the asshole from last night has moved. I'm really hoping I find them in my space tonight, there will be a-towing.

I'm totally at a loss. I've pulled back so far that I think I'm drowning. I think that tonight I need to set up in the living room, laptop connected to the internet, and start putting things to Ebay one at a time. This could be a Saturday night thing. I might go all night with it. I didn't sleep til after 5AM last night, and I don't think I'm ever going to reset my sleep schedule. Maybe I need a week in a tent. if I was even remotely social I'd consider Pennsic.

Actually, I'm looking forward to volunteering to cat-sit for the Homeowners over Labor Day weekend. I'll be getting up early, then coming back to the house and pulling furniture, while the Unit is on vacation. I can leave everything in an uproar, and not worry about where I'm sleeping. I love the new house,, I'm wondering if they wouldn't mind a visit tonight. I'll do some stuff then call, I think they've had a busy week but I'd love to see things with furniture in place.

Anyway, time to start opening windows and clean out the other room a bit, and set things up for peekchures. I need to dump some stuff out, along with move the car.

I helped a friend bring up her kid when I was younger. I managed to get him hooked on computers, and I enjoyed watching the world afresh through his unjaundiced eyes. His first non-mama word was 'Duck!', because he saw some ducks in a pond, and I told him what they were.

I think that many parents shouldn't have children. You have to be relaxed around kids, and you have to inspire them to think and stimulate their imaginations. And, you need to teach them to read as soon as possible, pre-school, before the school system can inflict the inevitable damage on them. You need to be able to have fun at their level.

Sorry, I'm a bit stoned.
