Well I should have known better

I just had to cancel the Kyocera order.
I got an email asking me to confirm my billing address, for what reason I DON'T know, since it was EXACT.
They have since charged my account at LEAST twice, more like 3 times.
Or, and the minion tried to explain, they put a hold on my checking account funds.
Oh, except this isn't a checking account.
Well, ma'am, he says, it's standard procedure.
Well, said I, it's nonsense. I have NEVER heard of a hold put on a credit card, EXCEPT from a hotel or car rental place. And certainly NOT for a purchase of equipment.
I saidi ig you try to charge the total amount again right now it'll bounce.
He said Well there's nothing I can do then, until the hold clears.
I said Well then cancel the order.
Oh, it gets better.
I have to run out and meet a client for a dropoff, and while doing that run into some interesting bumper to bumper. Where there shouldn't be any. (A car was a shell of itself on Route 3. It was totally fried. That's a whole other story about the Martha's Vinyard school bus who WOULDN'T let me in to go around the car on FIRE. She almost hit me at least 3 times. I have a call in to the Superintendent's office. DO NOT PISS ME OFF during tax season) So I call back Kyocera to just say "hey look, I'm not satisfied with this answer" they tell me again there's nothing they can do, call my credit card company. My company, who have NEVER given me any problem, was very helpful, but also can't do anything. They also CONFIMRED the third charge Kyocera says isn't there.
So NOW I call thenm back, to get Mistress Perky on the phone, who kept interrupting me to tell me information I ALREADY HAVE. When I tell her "Look, you need to initiate the chargebacks from your system and bank" she says "Oh no, it's YOUR company that's wrong, and we'll call them on these two charges." THERE ARE THREE CHARGES! I said "Look I don't have time to conference call this. You should be taking care of it." I can hear her virtually shrug and pretty much say unless _I_ stay on the line to clear up _MY CARD COMPANY'S_ problem, there's nothing she can do.
Five Business days for the charges to clear. I said "Look you guys aren't even listening to me" She kept saying "Yup uh huh I understand" OVER my trying to give her the information.
I don't even know what to do now. It's obvious that the company isn't going to do anything. I'm calling my credit card back, to make sure my last gas charge goes through. but now instead of having a buffer, I have nothing. AND I don't have the data cable, either. AND I have to get to a client.
At least, after now two conversations with my credit card company, that THEY rock my little world. They're very helpful and nice.
Blah.
BLAH even.
Warning to the Residents of Da Hood - I'm bringing CHOCOLATE! You WILL be eating some with me - Diet or no diet!

*shrugs* I'm looking to purchase the wire I want without going through this company. It's not going to be easy tho.
I'm very bummed, I LOVED Kyocera before this. I just really find it amusing that they're losing the sale over financial crap they could EASILY have just said "We'll take care of it ma'am" and kept the sale instead of pissing me off.
