How do I get myself into these things

tiamatladyI'm taking my nephew to the Roger Williams Zoo today.
We went to Trailside Museum with Laura yesterday.
I just can NOT imagine ever having kids. They're such a pain in the butt. Plus my sister didn't pick him up until 7:00, which was an hour and a half late. He was just a terror, as he's been told he DOESN'T have to obey me. *shudder* Never never never. Anyone who tells me kids are a joy is insane. I like him fine, and in small doses, but the idea of being responsible for another human life drives me crazy. I DO like kids, as long as when they begin to yell/cry/stink/get sick I can hand them back and say "here you go."
But then I got dinner, ice cream and Fushigi Yugi so I'm all good. *evil grin* Kat loved the present I brought her at the con, a deck of Fushigi Yugi playing cards. I bought myself a Sailor Moon pack. And that was all. I was very good (Although I was tempted by the Fushigi Yugi full boxed sets, and some Evangelion models, toys, that were about the size of JetFire, the old Transformer. *drool* They were ready to play with toys, and I walked away, exercising my will, dammit.)
I need to write about my weekend before I forget, and before I have another. *sigh* I just don't know when.
Ok need to get off my butt and get ready to go.
