tiamatladyToday is just shaping up dandy.
woke up when I was supposed to, and remained awake, but still didn't get out til after 11. The computer is the problem, obviously. But, I did get some filing/bookkeeping stuff done so I don't consider it a waste, per se. However, that's due to the fact that LJ and email were BORING. So maybe not.
The big thing is - I forgot my phone. Again. Second Sunday I was going to be out all day and forgot it.
So - if you call me, and need a return back before 8PM, please leave your number - I'm about to check VM right now.
Have work to do, after I see if this thing has a sound card. Asshat is here today. Sucky sucky. They're already being loud as fuck. *sighs* The pleasures of being a tax accountant. Hopefully I will have good streaming British 80's soon, and maybe Bob's The Shape of Things To Come later on. IF I'm still here (which it looks like I will be *sighs*)
Addendum - No love for the speakers in my boss's office. They work on the computer I usually use, which I can't use today because of the asshat. One more thing to blame on him. Now I get to listen to them (he and his wife) bicker back and forth instead. I nkow that's what _I_ chose for today *grumble*
Second addendum - I happened to look at the cute little volume Icon on the toolbar. EVERYTHING was on MUTE. *ARGH* So now the speakers work. First up - Wumpscut. How appropos. So I have noise, yea for noise.
