Why does everything cost more
Oct. 19th, 2003 06:55 pmbefore you save money?
Sally's cost me WAY more than just going to CVS and getting a box of Feria.
I got: Dye, developer, mixing bowl, application brush, conditioner, gloves, and make up wedges (which have nothing to do with hair, I was almost out) Now, I won't need the bowl, brush or gloves again (the gloves are washable, I accept they may suck and I might be looking for something else) and I have 3 to 4 dye applications in the bottle of developer (8 ounces at 2.4 ounces per full bottle of dye) and I just need the experience with it to mix only PARTS of the dye/developer (with the new short hair, I only use about HALF the dye mixture, so why bother mixing the whole thing if I don't have to) Hopefully, redying my hair will only cost me about $4 instead of the $10 per box Feria costs.
That happens while I'm trying to sell stuff too, I spent most of my first profits from selling books on shipping supplies.
Ah well, I'm sure I'll have more later. I'm going to go fix some dinner, then maybe do the dye thing, I have to get some gas for my car, and watch some TV, as well as finish a project for my client. busy busy, and productive.
I need to have someone over and rent "Down with Love" I've been dying to see it for months now. Hmmmmm.
