Tomorrow I need to set up the cable modem, and, if this is the kind of techincal thing you can do, I'd prefer to up my odds of knowing the peep on the other end of the phone. One of your "stellar" associates was little to no help, AND sarcastic and bitchy to boot. I'd prefer NOT to talk to this guy again.
Everyone else - please ignore, I'm ranting about computer things my little mind can't possibly comprehend, again.
