Addendum - Let me point out that not all of these books were read for a class, and a great many of them were read prior to my entering High School, the notable exceptions being the Harry Potter books and Gone With The Wind (I was a high school sophmore, whose future English teacher saw me reading it in a study hall, yelled at the REST of the study for NOT being as such a reader, and made THEM do busy work which I was excused from. NOT the highlight of my career, but *shrug* got me out of busywork and got me pemission to read that book as much as i wanted to until I finished it.)
