So I get a call from my sister, assuming I'm at home *makes a face* Can I pick up my nephew, he's having another recurring bout of the stomach ickies. Well, why can't her STELLAR* boyfriend go get him. Oh? He doesn't know where the school is? When it's down the street from his own daughter's school? Um, OKdokey. Fucker.

So I get to the school, and the nurse has all sorts of questions for me. Like, "why is he afraid of your sister's boyfriend?" This is news to me, and my nephew starts going off. he loves to hear himself talk. And my family isn't big on being "open" so there's a lot of shame and nonsense. I made one "let's talk about this later" gesture and realized he wasn't about to be shut up. So I let him talk and said things like "I'm not sure what that's about, I'll call my sister and mother."

So now I'm home, waiting for my mother, and my sister is on the phone having her own hissie regarding this whole thing. That her boyfriend whom I DON'T like nor want my nephew to stay with is "fine." Why the hell are women so damn STUPID!?! She just told me that he doesn't like her boyfriend because he "disciplines *your nephew*" and I'm sorry but I don't buy it. I just said to her "Look, considering _I_ don't like him, or his methods, or ANYTHING about him, I'm perfectly willing to believe this." and she got all huffy.

I mean, honestly, the things I heard SCREAMED at each other when I walk past that apartment. I'm going to have to take him out back and beat him. or better yet, perhaps an intervention with Ranger tactics? Anyone in?

I need to go back to work, I also need to work while I'm here, but first I need to find something to eat.
