tiamatladyWhen I got into the office today (very late, I just couldn't convince self that work needed to be done) I found a card with my name on it on my desk. As usual, I gently put it aside, since I consider tearing into something looking for a check rude, although I have been know to do it on occasion. Then I get the check register to enter into Peachtree, and see how much my check is for.
Can I just say Fushigi Yugi: Suzaku is MINE?!?!? AND I'm thinking about ordering the second OVA, preordering for shipment once they have it. I can't TELL You how excited I am. I'm tempted to order the Seriyu set while I'm at it. But I think I should mail my car payment first *lol*
Now I must update my Quickbooks stuff, see how much money I have, order the box sets, then venture out again to shop. I'm going to start at KMart, and Borders, bother Ben and Katie, and plan my attack from there. I must finish today, but only the people whom I will be seeing Xmas, I have two more weeks to finish the boys, and save up for Chris, I'm seriously getting him the Netflix subscription. I lthink he'll love it.
Whoo, I can't believe they gave me a check. seriously.
Addendum - The reality is setting in. I don't want to waste money, which means, in all fairness, I should be ordering BOTH sets, since they are currently 35% off, instead of 25%, but I can't spend almost $300 on myself right now. *sigh* I'm going to go shopping. I'm going to get what I need to, for my family and Laura, and once I look at that, I'll see what I have left, and then mkae my decision and one or both. *evil grin* I DO have a direct deposit coming to me from last weeks work at my temp jobs, that ought to make me feel less guilty about this.
