Let me make this point clear.

My Pants Do Not Call People.

Remember - I have a slider phone now. I have to slide the faceplate up to make a call.
The call to [livejournal.com profile] feline was intentional, I wanted her to hear the B-52's. She called back and heard part of Love Shack, which was cool.

Yeah, so the concert was great. They always do a great show. Mostly oldies. We were there early enough to be hit on by older men, and interviewed for the Enterprise *giggles* apparently I might have announced my engagement to El in the paper *laughs* This part of Brockton wasn't so bad, except for conflicting Parking signs, and me not having the money to pay some of them. We found eh parking for $3 but honestly! I hate paying a premium for a ticket and then paying for parking too! Ok, I didn't PAY for the ticket! but still. I think we sat in the wrong seats, since there was NOONE around us, I'm wondering what happened. Maybe noone showed up who got free tickets. *shrugs* It was nice being away from the drunken fucks tho. We got ice cream afterwards with Chris and Lettie, and all was well. It was a nice night, but I wore my new hootchie shoes and my feets hurt. oh man are these shoes every cheap.

now I'm over tired, but I'm going to bed soon. As soon as the Unit shuts up. Seems she went to take my sister and nephew to see the fireworks, which were supposed to start at 10:30 and are just now going down. The Pops (part of the Boston Symphony Orchestra for the out of towners on my list) are playing what appears to be some of John Williams' greastest hits, although Cutie Pants Keith Lockhart is supposed to be conducting (Nope there's John Williams). It's neat, but everyone is up later than usual and is Cranky as Hell! It's like the fourth here - with the fireworks and the 1812 Overture. I'd LOVE some of the out of towners to come in some Fourth - we really do it right up here. I'd even take you to the Esplanade for the Pops concert. And that's saying something!

Anyway, InuYasha is on, and I'm beat. I have to get to a client tomorrow and I have no idea what to do after that. there's some sleep to be in there somewhere.
