*stretch*

I was woken by a call from the temp agency, talking about yesterday's client. Not unexpected, and I say nothing else. This does not mean I have Tuesdays off. Plus, I get to work a client on the 11th, at 10:30. Bleh. wanted to get VERY trashed and need a recovery day - now I can't. *sigh*

Yesterday continued to go well. Got to Client #2, went smoothly, got home and poked around, got call from D, out of the blue, and scheduled dinner. Got call from emilytbm and declined Haven. Until I see HIM on my home turf, I'm hesitant to go there. Plus, the whole work thing today. Seriously, this needs to stop, for a day or two anyway.

Meet with client #3, made it into a "meeting" only, and scheduled the 11th for the big workup. Came home, had a *yum* steak with D, and caught up. Got my Girl Scout cookies, a box of which is going to make a lovely breakfast after my shower. We didn't talk about WHY we haven't spoken for 7 months. But I'm not going to worry about that right now.

Came home, changed, and went for coffee with J. Came home, passed out.

Now I really need to get going, I'm not working til 8pm tonight. 7, tops. I ned to come home, get ready, and get to the club. I'm looking forward to going out, I really did have a great time n the NYC clubs.

A quick twelve bucks

That was disgustingly easy.
I'd been hoping my UK partner in crime was going to go to the Cruxshadows shows, and get me Frozen Embers, the EP release, but he didn't go to the shows. So, I had made a mental note to order it, and forgot. Today I remembered. And it took about TWO minutes to order. It was easy, fast, and, since it's on my credit card, easy to dismiss as not "real" money. If I didn't need this card to book rooms and cars and the like I'd SO get rid of it right now.

but, I should have Frozen Embers soon. Hmmmm, Rogue goodness for my birthday.
