tiamatladyI feel like I'm girding myself for battle.
I'm going to head down to the Emerald Square, also known as "Where I get all my good gifts" I usually complete 90% of my shopping in that area, between Hot Topic, Torrid, Tar-jay, and the monster Toys R'Us that's across the road. I always like the Toy's R'Us, for my nephew, I just pick out what _I_ like *evil grin* I'm hoping to find a Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh, plus a Yu-Gi-Oh game or two for him. He's totally into that. The issue is - can I prevent myself from buying one for MYSELF *evil grin* I Wish I had the room, I'd love to have those Harry Potter and Castle Legos *drools*
I hate shopping this time of year, I mean I LOVE retail therapy, but I HATE dealing with the entitled bitches who think it's OK to run over me in the mauls because they are SO much more important. This time of year, one CANNOT be polite, you get spaces stolen, and shoved, and abused, and cut in front of. Merry F-ing Xmas. I have to admit, I'm still jaded from my years in retail hell. There's nothing like working in a store where everyone gets their "odds and ends" and they argue with you on a 50 cent coupon for wrapping paper, because you have to limit them to TEN, and that just ISN'T acceptable *sighs**shudders*
Oh, and I didn't get a teapot. China Fair LOOKS awesome from the outside, but inside it sucketh. Too expensive. I'll run into one of the HomeGoods style stores.
