tiamatladyI was wondering how I was going to shake this feeling, figuring maybe tomorrow with the Cruxshadows and my husband might do the trick.
Bret just called, offering me a ticket to see SHAKIRA!
I'm such a loser. *silly grin*
He says "What're you doing tonight?"
Me: "Well I was thinking about going to bed early."
Him: "Well I was wondering if you wanted to come see Shakira?"
Me: *GASP*
Him *laugh**mimics* *GASP!*
Me: "YES!"
I loves my Bret, very very very much. He seems to understand just how I'm feeling, and bought the second ticket with me in mind.
So I'm skipping the office, I'm going to try and work on a different client today. I'm picking up Bret at 5, we're having dinner then seeing Shakira! I'm thinking about going to a little place near my bank and getting a manicure, my nails are a wreck.
Meep! What should I wear!?!

I haven't heard the Aerosmith cover, I like Laundry Service a lot, and some of the best stuff are the Spanish versions.

Seriously, she's mopre than her pop-py stuff, she did a lot in Spanish, and most of the crowd was Selena-like. She didn't do the stuff I and all the 12 year olds wanted to hear til the end.

Date: 2002-12-01 07:42 am (UTC)I've gone out WAY too much, so I'm skipping Ceremony, as apparantly I'm also babysitting for my stupid sister. SHE'S seeing Guns N' Roses. Bret made an excellent point that, while we wanted to go to the show, there's NO WAY we'd be putting up with the audience.
