Actually step one is to get OFF my butt, and go see if I can get a haircut.

I've already done my nails, badly, only to remember that I'm probably wearing gloves tonight.
OK, off to the teeny little place, that won't cut every one of my hairs individually, but will cut it well, and won't cost me $100 (*sigh* Lenny m'love, will I ever see you again?)
