Potential trip
Jul. 15th, 2002 12:32 pmOk MORE than potential, I AM going.
But it's what happens afterwards that is up in the air.
This Friday my husband Rogue comes back to the States for a big show in NorthHampton. *boing* I'm finally starting to get excited about going.
So here's the question - is anyone up for pretty much a day trip to NorthHampton? I was thinking about driving up early afternoon, stopping somewhere in NoHo for lunch/dinner, getting all tarted up, and heading over between 5 and 6 to get in and see all five bands. Ending with the Cruxshadows. Then back to Boston.
This requires the following:
- The afternoon off, to go out long before rush hour. I'd like to leave by 2PM at the latest.
- The $25 door fee
- the willingness to donate $5 or so for gas and parking (if any) (I never ask for this, but this a small price to pay for the limo service *grin*)
- the willingness to put up me for 2 hours there, 2 hours back, and my occasional boinging off the walls about R.
There is a possibility that I may be going to upstate NY on the Ren Fair trip, but my money doesn't think it's going to let me go there. So I think it's just the show and back.
rydia I know you'd asked me about going, you still interested? Anyone else?
