I drove my next car today

Well it'll be quite a while before it is my new car.
I *HEART* my car much. Today it went in the dealer for a 60,000 mile tune up, which was expensive. *sigh* I knew that but damn! It ended up that I also had a misfired sensor, which was causing my "Service Engine Soon" light to be on, pretty much all the time. They told me that I wouldn't pass inspection with that light on, so I had to have that fixed too. Between the tune up and the sensor, we're talking about $400, which I SO don't have. But the car runs like a dream right now. I have power again, and it even smells clean (although there was no internal cleaning)

Anyway, my next car. So they give me a loaner, because, as usual, I had to book clients, and the tune up was an all day affair. I never have any problem getting a loaner, they're very good about having them available. I usually get an SL 1, just like my car. But this time I get a deep red LS300, or now the L series (it was about 2 years old, and they've revamped) Oh mi GAWD, it was tasty. It's Saturn's answer to the Taurus, pretty much. Mid Size Sedan. So it's bigger than I'm used to (heh I've said THAT before) and it drove like a dream. It has a bigger engine, and I swear it purred! I was so nervous driving it, it is longer than my car, and has a much bigger butt. But the salesman was telling me that they've revamped again, and the new ones, which come out in July, have addressed the large butt issue, among other blind spot issues I already noticed. I just really have no want for a new car, but when I do, I think I can go a bit more luxury model. make all you scum who park out back of ManRay jealous (not like Some People already aren't already *gigglefit*)

So that's it. Work, I should have worked tonight but I vegged. I'm going to have a beer, maybe two, and pass out. I need to be up early, maybe swing by my local gas station and get an inspection sticker, before I head out to meet Debb and Ellie and Lettie for a grrrrl's day. Maybe, if we're nice, we'll let Nikki and Chris join us later. They're going to be flexing their testosterone while we grrl's do our thing. I think they're going shopping. *grin* Knowing Nikki, he'll buy a corset and a vinyl dress *lol* I *heart* them so much, and I so don't see them enough. But they've all gotten so, I hate to say it, old. And Nikki is younger than me. I hate seeing them so domesticated. I need to talk them all into coming out on a Friday.

On the docket for this weekend:
- Bill clients so I can live next week. Stupid oxygen sensor *kicks*
- Work on client I've been putting off
- list and work on extensions I have hovering. This includes scheduling appointments.
- Hit Club Hell Sunday night. I haven't been in a while, and I'm hoping a certain CoatBoy will take me up on my offer to take him with me.
- meet up with tyg3r and buy her camera. YAY!
- start putting some of the obvious items to be sold up on Ebay.
- meet up with feline to help her find some corsets. I think I'm going to drag her to Miko and Torrid, and let her do the shopping for me *evil grin*
- Ceremony, because LostBoy is DJing.
- Hopefully begin a torrid affair that ends up with nice coats on my floor *lol*
- Maybe see The Scorpion King and Episode 2 again.

Yikes. That's a lot. And I have to work early on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Eep.
Well, I should assess the damage from charging today's repairs, and plan an attack on my finances.
Ah *gag* there is a Sox game tomorrow. Just Swell.
