Clearly, tax season might be a good thing

Yesterday I had to meet a client. I got up, got ready, went over, found him not there yet, went for coffee, came back, got a buncha work done, that made him very happy, came home, puttered on the computer, ran in for an item for my phone, made dinner, drank a bit and enjoyed an evening of TV.
Today, I've gotten out of bed, discovered that I might have caught the attention of Evil Cable Empire by excellent download speeds last night, as determined by todays shitty ones (appears to be corrected as of now and a reboot) made some instant oatmeal and managed a cup of coffee before it was gone/cold. That's about it - ph after ignoring my alarms which tried to keep me on schedule of getting up at a reasonable hour.
I'm about to get dressed, and tackle a few things. Taking back the second cable box for one, I had designs on using it in one of the rooms and realized it's just unnecessary. I'm also going to hit the stores for some food, and I really should clean out my fridge first, as well as take stock of what I 've got in the pantry. It's become VERY clear I'm not getting help on this endeavor, since the weekly sulking has already begun.
Tax season will be good as I'm planning on working a full day, then doing some food shopping then coming home to relax in my room, I'll be doing the same thing on Saturday - it really depends on who needs what. I don't know exactly HOW much shopping I will do today, I really need to be careful until a few things clear.
Later on I need to start going though some book boxes, as well as listing the DVDs I've decided to sell on Amazon/Half. Maybe some books too. That would be the best place for them, and hopefully get Amazon to put the money in my account, to be used for books I want more. I'm also looking at books I "need" and have realized I haven't look at in ages. They might be worth more than others.
Little steps. Listing one box a night, or putting up a few items every night I have available. Letting it be OK if I DON'T do it during the height of the Season. Having a list of things to do, and getting to them, in time. It all doesn't have to be done at once, but it has to be done a bit at a time.
OK - off to get dressed, then look into the kitchen.
