If it keeps getting worse, you might consider going to an allergist. However, it will be somewhat expensive out of pocket. :( If you're that miserable, and it's not getting better, you may have to go that route.
Benadryl is something I carry with me all the time...along with an Epi-Pen. Benadryl has saved my ass more than once.
