Man, all I can use on my face is Almay. This means foundation, cover up, powder, mascara, blush...only thing on my face, ironically, that isn't alway is when I go clubbing, and out comes the cover girl eyeliner. :P

You said you're breaking out around your neck--by chance, have you maybe gotten a new necklace? I know I can't wear certain metals around my neck, though for me they turn my neck dark. Odd, but true. Or conversely, possibly a new detergent?
