I'm sorry I don't add people I haven't met or "chatted" with for a while.

If you end up in my social circle, and I otherwise get to know you, OK, but no, i'm not going to "be your friend." My journal is mostly open, so I'm not stopping you, but if you get creepy I have no issues banning.
