tiamatladyI really need to work for myself, in a much bigger sense.
I should open that store I want to. Then I could open when I wanted to, close when I wanted to, stuff like that. OK yes in theory I'd have to be open earlier than I'd want to get up - that's what low paid minimum wage minions are for *snicker* But I could have coffee and pastries and music at night, and just hang about reading or working on stuff.
Yes, I'd love to be a lady of luxury.
I'd like more mornings like this one.
Woke up, drifted, came completely awake
watched TV, checked email
showered
made podfee, went for cereal, but the dishwasher needs to be run (which I will do tonight) and instead "had" to eat the remaining cream horns (of which I'm not buying anymore. They're too good, I end up eating them all in one sitting. Not Good.)
I need to get dressed, pick out some more tunes, maybe burn a new CD, and hustle myself down to the Cape. I hope I only have about an hour, maybe two of actual work. I'd also like to stop and have a tarot reading - I should call and see if she's in today. I also need to call El and see what's the what, but I don't want to be out late tonight. I'd like to be home to see Teen Titans, finish putting stuff to my site and pimp it. The Titans looks good, Raven gets a boyfriend in a book, and I'm sure dark gothy hijinks ensued.
Anyone want to update me on how last night was? I would eventually like to make it out, especially since I feel like I'm not supporting P & E. I was a loss for the theme tho, and spending the evening with CB was very nice.
My phone now rings Tarzan Boy, by Baltimora. Personal calls only. I'm thinking about switching my business ring to the original personal ring. I like that ring better. I might switch the all over phone ring to Tarzan Boy, but then it's hard for me to tell when I shouldn't be answering the phone - like for Unknowns and stuff. But the ring is So Damn Cute!
Anyway, must dash, more from the office if I'm bored.
