Firestone runs that one. I was at the Firestone/Bridgestone in Quincy Center. There, service is a crap shoot. I brought it in once to have a slow leak repaired, something that took 15 minutes, AFTER the 3.5 hours I spent waiting for them to GET to my tire. But, I'd planned on buying tires from them, I replaced all four, and got a serious deal, the tires, and alignment and all the necessary work was just over $400, which was nice. I think the Lifetime Alignment was about $80 or $90, and you just keep a copy of the bill with the details on it, and walk into ANY Firestone associated with this and they do it, no questions, no payment, for the life of your ownership of the car. It MAY be for WHICHEVER car you ever have, but I don't think it went that far. May be worth looking into if you're having alignment probs. Good luck.
