I love rainy Saturdays

Last night was great, nice and cool in my room, listening to rain hit everything. It's the kind of night you need a warm lover to just sit and listen with, better in a tent. Yes, I actually like camping in the rain. That, however REQUIRES a warm lover, since DAMN it gets cold! And I could live without the mud. *grins* never satisfied, that's me. Well, I was OK without a warm lover, it was just a thought.
Especially this morning when it was more downright cold than nice and cool in my room. I haven't done much today yet. Watched some Teen Titans, made some Podfee. I finally realized what I was doing wrong website wise and looked at where the Podfee should be available. It's available at a lot of fru fru stores, but it's SUPPOSED to be at Target and WalMart and I can assure you they are NOT. AND I bought some other Pods last night, and they SO DON"T work in my podmaker. The only good thing that came about last night, is finding out KA got me a bargain. This is a great coffee maker. The one that actually GOT me on the kick, was WAY more expensive, AND so are it's replacement pods! Like 8 BUCKS! For 16 pods! Fuck that!
I also have found a neat new snack/meal substitute. NutriGrain Yogurt Bars, I got Vanilla. Noe the thing about them is that they're sweet, but not cloying. I also only want ONE, my appetite is killed (well for them, I kinda want some chicken and rice right now) These are going to be a great midafternoon snack, right around when I get a craving for something sweet.

midsizebird calls, and I have to admit seeing her in NYC next weekend has it's temptations. I'll need to see if I can make that work. As well as seeing the Cruxshadows with her. I'm hoping she has some time today, but I'm Ok if she doesn't. I think I'm going to make a list of things I'd like to accomplish today:
- work on client, since I'm not going there. Maybe if I can get mostly caught up I can just file my heart out on Monday.
- review other client
- finish my InuYasha movie (what IS it about Japanimation and the need to FUCK with the character sketches in full length features! They did it in Pokemon, and YuGiOh, and they've SO Chibi-ized my boy Sesshomaru! he looks.....SOFT! What's up with THAT!)
- maybe watch me some more INuYasha on DVD, to have on in the background while I work
- Laundry
- make my bed
- put up the white sheet for picture taking background.
- do some piccies and postings.
- finish going through the computer box, set up the other items I need, like an extra power strip, and my card reader, and my label printer
- pick out some pictures for printing. I'm getting on a picture frame kick.
I think I'm going to shoot down to Home Goods and look around. I still want a candy bowl, and I have an idea for some lamps, rather shades, to match my room. I just need to find the right small lamps and shades. AND I want a different laundry hamper, something I can hang on my door.
I'd really like to find my curtains, and take down my closet doors, and put up black curtains instead. BUT I'm barred from doing that til I have some of the crap gotten rid of.
Wheee - time to get at it!
