Antici..........pation
I'm literally shivering with it.
Now, I'm well aware that I haven't made ANY effort to pay pay what I owe my friends.
But, the fact is I'm ALMOST caught up with all bills, with some left over.
With the items soon to be available for private sale, I should have some money.
On top of that, Velvet Garden will be on vacation/moving for two weeks. That gives me plenty of time to get stuff up, let the locals and the LJers look at it, THEN if it's not sold, put it to VG's mailing list.
I love when a plan comes together.
- the seaglass I bought is so groovy! I want to hit a different OSJL, and get some more. Plus a candy dish of sorts. It does the exact job I wanted it to in the vase But I have the big pieces to work with and I'm getting an idea or two. An artpiece for the wall. To a dangly art piece for the bed.
- The baskets I bought also work out Swimmingly! They hide all the stuff that needs storing, and look really cute. I just need to straighten things out a bit, remarriage some stuff. I'll see how it works. I'm considering some smaller items that match the baskets for envelopes and things. I think I'm keeping the desk and working around it. Things are just - flowing - right now.
- I got a check from the evil client. VERY happy! As is my bank account. I'm hoping this means the Cruxshadows in NYC although Albany is looking a bit rough. AND it means I've bought myself the InuYasha DVDs I want. I've waited and waited. I think I've waited enough.
I need to deposit the check and eat. I'm going to shoot to OSJL, then decide what I want from there. Something meaty.
I love that I'm doing well enough to catch up. I finally feel like I have a handle on things.
