Nah that won't work, what's butting up against the baseboard is necessary to the stability of the desk. I can't cut into it at all. Plus it's metal. I'm thinking if I take off the CPU stand I can get a better angle. I hate the stand anyway - it's extending the OTHER end of the desk.
I dunno - there has to be a way to work this, without needed a new piece of furniture. The issue I have is that I can't lift the bookcases, so without them in place I can't see how the other pieces work.
*shrugs* This worked one way, there has to be another way too.
