You know, it's OK, I know I pay for it, but glitches happen, and I'm going to blame the hordes of people who DON'T pay. It's like getting stuck in traffic, or having to wait for a bridge. Shit happens.
Now stop whining about it and give the bitch some attention.
In other news, procured some rather expensive assistance in CVS for the eyes. I remembered I have a small bottle of oil around here that I used last time, and got some stuff that resembles it. Also some scrubbing pads with a mild cleaning solution. it stung, a bit, but one of the eye sites I've been too said those who used them preferred them about other methods and I can see why. Very Convenient, and I can carry them to clients, take a bathroom break, and quickly wash and dry my eyes. I just need some more QTips, which is annoying since I know I have a box here but where I have no fecking clue.
I just got an offer for a "Democratic Party Visa." And I am horrified by the aspect, but I suppose it's to be expected, we brand name everything else. The offer is actually decent, interest rate wise, but it's not what I want, AND it's from a Bank I pledged never to do business with again, since I recently HAD a card with them and they sold that branch, leaving me in the lurch. I have guarantee they wouldn't do it again, so eff em.
I want a mileage card. So, I can pay all my bills with it, and get free tickets. One of my cards offers a non airline specific card, and I can turn my reward points in for anything. I'm thinking about writing them a letter asking for a change to this card, instead of a limit increase. I suppose we'll see, I can't ask them for anything right now, with paying minimum payments.
Just got a poke regarding ANOTHER client. Don't think I can fit this one in, but it says "Maybe at home" so I might. Must send out references to today's interview.
The Unit's car dealer is teh Suck, and, as usual, needs to be told to me in the loudest voice possible. Now if she had said ANY of this to her dealer, she'd have the loaner, not her car back with a potentially accident causing problem. Of Course, Saturn would have footed the bill for a loaner rather than let me drive an unsafe car. Her dealer was only too happy to get rid of her, after being "unsure" of when they'd have a replacement "wheel bearing" since hers is broken. Yo, isn't that an, like you know, IMPORTANT piece??? Sheesh.
Eh, more later I think I'm going back to my nap. I'm hungry tho, ice cream is great but I'm craving charred meat.
