Thanks to the flight(s) in, I went to bed at what my body thought was 6AM. So, I slept til 2PM. Which is why I'm anxious to get out of the house. *grins*
My first trip jet lag had me all topsy turvey, This wasn't so bad - I pulled an all nighter, effectively, and went to bed when my body said "Enough" and now I feel rested and relaxed.
I'd like this to continue *grins* no more staying up til all hours of the night, and starting to get up earlier - tomorrow I'm aiming for 8:30, which was my standard wake up time while in the UK.
Hee - I'm waiting for the gods of Jetlag to slap me tho - *crosses fingers hoping not*
