I'm moving on to another client, but this one is personal, and won't be looked at til the OTHER one is done.
The client i was working on, is simple. but buggy. I need information from the client before I can finish the adjustments, and do the tax return. Slam - brick wall. I'll be finishing it, so she can call on Tuesday, but I need to call HER and give her an update. I HATE when I'm non productive for glitch reasons - raises her stress level whic raises MINE.
