She'd taken her cat (which lives at her bf's house) to the vet, to have some lumps checked out. She had stopped at our house, with cat, to get mail, get clothes for the weekend, etc. Let's cat out. Cat takes off into her bedroom, and now won't come out. She's managed to bitchslap my mother despite two pairs of gloves and a winter coat (Kit's not stupid, she went for the small bit of skin between gloves and coat) She's EVER so pissed (the cat)
*evil grin*
They blame ME for her temperment, since she was a kitten with me, before I moved into my own apartment. They say I used to hit her, or swing at her, which is why she attacks any finger pointed at her. (to which I say *duh* she's a CAT, poke at any cat see what happens.) This is, of course, the same kitten who used to climb to the top of my bookcases and nap, sleep with mein my bed, and wake me up by snuggling into my hair and needing her paws against my scalp. She was a very nice, affectionate cat when I left. She was a nightmare when I got back.
Personally, I think it was my sister's bf, who, homeless at the time, pretty much moved INTO MY ROOM, with HIS male, uneutered cat. (Who actually was quite the sweetie, but male cats spray, and let me tell you, the whole house smelled) This is the same one who needs ot be neutered himself. So, I'm going to remind them of that.
Tho, this is the same cat, when they were on vacation last and I went to check on her, as I let her in the house, went up the stair in front of me, then decided to play "Psycho kitty" and rip my legs apart as I tried to go by. She SHOLD be pissed at the broom I used to kick her ass. (hey, I had on a new and LAST pair of tights. The cat needs an attitude adjustment!)
So she was advising me not to go in her room, until mom's bf comes back in to get her. She likes him, and her nails don't bother him as much, I guess.
