Well I haven't had this problem, but it was more than two years in my last upgrade. Thing is, I want to keep with the Kyocera. And the only other company that offers it is Cell One, and well, just, no.
Anyway, I WILL have my new phone. I might have to go somewhere else (like radio shack!) but I'll have it, then I"ll go show that stupid guy. *grins*
