yeah, that's how I felt - I really need to keep my number. When I was in Attleboro, and wanted to BUY a new earpiece, the guy totally wouldn't let me, and got me the replacement, since it comes with a lifetime warranty I wasn't aware of. I just got a brand new one of the broken one. So I have some hope for going to Attleboro and asking what my options are.
This store is only interested if you're a new customer, this guy didn't want to talk to me the instant i said "I want to upgrade" and gave me the wrong info from the getgo. *sighs* I like the reception I get on the cape and in my house, I don't want to change thanks to the strength of my signal. But I'm not above trying to force the issue.
I'm just not sure where the idea that "Hey you can just wait til July!" is a valid sales pitch *grins*
