Oohhhh kay?
Sep. 19th, 2007 11:28 pmMy home office chair just self destructed and dumped me on the floor. I almost heard it scream *grins* Now I'm a big girl, but uh, not like that. I landed on my butt (padded) and my hand/wrist (not so padded) and I'm a bit sore and weirded out. It pretty much snapped, the chair from the stand. It had been "sitting" weird, but I didn't expect to get dumped out of it! In it's defense, it was a cheap chair, probably from Building 19, and lasted more than several years.
I just don't need the expense right this second. These things aren't entirely cheap, and I don't want a shitty new one just like the shitty old one. I'm currently on a stool M lent me and my pillow, and this is worse (serviceable but worse)
Currently,I'm posting some items to Ebay and drinking some of the Merlot I had sitting around from my birthday. Meh. I've had better (and worse) but I'm feeling a bit tipsy which is good because UNDER the tipsy is hurty.
Busy day tomorrow, must cancel on my client and email them, I don't want to go every week and I feel I don't need to. Maybe. I'll look.
OK few more things to put up, then I'm off to bed while I'm drunk enough to go.
