Price tag - I don't like so much.

Meh. I CAN'T justify spending money on that, even if I had it (which I don't) EVery nice watch I've ever had I've tired of, and it's worn out fast. Last one pooped out IN England, and I had to buy a watch in the Stansted airport. WHich has then survived a year plus. Freaky. I wonder if Claire's has any more with a black face/white numerals?

I worked til 11, helping out a coworker. I'm tired. I'm going to bed.

I'm not smart some days.

While shopping for office supplies last week for Black Sun (I needed extra pens and markers, tape and paper, and clipboards and such to assist with rushing around) besides squeeing up a storm over office supplies (OMG - such a dork) I bought a few things that I wasn't sure I'd need but I like.

One of such was a marked down Day Planner type thing. I really like this one, as opposed to ALL THE OTHERS I'VE EVER BOUGHT, but seriously, I decided I needed to take steps to force myself to get more organized. It's got a tough waterproof cover and a great expandable latch, so I can keep all sorts of stuff in it, and maybe phase my wallet into just a wallet. I COULD turn THIS into a wallet, but there's a magent involved, and I'm not too sure about having it too close to my credit cards.

Anyway, it was dirt cheap, less than $5. However I didn't particularly care for the monthly calendar, so I needed a weekly style one, and I couldn't find a academic year one for some reason, so I bought a different set of pages to make my own until 2008 kicks in, with the 2008 pages I bought.

I spent less than $5 on the planner, and $20 PLUS on crap for it.

HOWEVER, I'm now pleased with the thing, forced myself to throw OUT all the items I won't be using, and have files to put my receipts in to make collecting them easier (and to get them out of my wallet) And this afternoon I plan on rewriting the stuff I need in there and I'm going to make an effort to write down EVERY OTHER DATE I need in there.

Downer - now that I have a shiney new planner, and while it does fit into my purse, it makes my purse look shabby. I now need a new purse. I can't win.

(I'm going to go shopping in my room for a new everyday purse, and throw this one away. It was a WalMart special that is starting to rip inside, and in the cell pockets. I don't need that shit, thanks. I'm hoping I have another everyday type bag I can use, that's the correct size. Until I can start using my big honkin' suede purse over thw winter. I = Dork)

I have to do some work now, probably.
