I am sick.
Yes It's the beginning of March. Yes I have been and should be continuing to work 12 plus hour days. I have a stack of work on my desk, one set of NEEDS to be done by Monday.
It's very VERY close to what OMo'Doom has while I was at the client.
OH YEAH - did I mention I was away at a client in Washington for three days last week? The CPA #2 and one of my clients suffered, AND WILL continue to suffer as I start cancelling my appointments. Because from hearing about it, this shitty feeling is the TIP of the iceberg.
Currently my throat is tight. My chest is heavy. My tummy has not yet begun to complain, but coughing starts a chain reaction, so to speak. So far it's been OK. It will soon NOT be OK.
I've slowed down from rushing to get to work. I've already called work to check on my symptoms. That's where I found out from my coworker that OMOD had the same start to her issues. And also that there are three people out sick. It really ran like a wildfire. There was some disinfection done, but obviously it was too late. I must have been incubating since my return to the office Monday.
*sighs*
I will say that the Airborne I just took (and took last night) is helping with the chest constriction. If i can keep it down, I'll be OK for a bit.
I so didn't need this. I'm running on empty and this is going to take me down like a linebacker. I'll be even more non-communicative than usual I think. Although I'll be home, I'm unclear on how lucid I'll be, and there's work I need to do.
I'm trying to convince myself that as well as work I will continue to setup the new laptop to run everything it needs, and go get the mini docking station I saw at Staples.
OK anyway, ramble ramble. I'm off to try and get moving while I have control of things.
