A reason NOT to buy the condo

I just went out to move my car. It's been in visitor parking, my Unit has been in the space. I figured I needed to get out, and move the car.
Apparently someone recognized my car in visitor parking and, since they didn't have a space, took it upon themselves to park in mine. Or an owner directed them to park in my space.
I'm FURIOUS and there's nothing I can do, since I don't have the tow company's number, it's almost 2AM and calling the Unit will only piss her off (Her answer to this tomorrow will be "You should have moved your car earlier." unless they're still IN the space, which is what I'm hoping for right now.) If I leave a note and they know which car is mine they might pull a Cow and "do something" to it. I wrote "asshole" on it in the layer of dirt on the trunk, but then remembered that would be the same thing as a note and had to remove it. it's OBVIOUS I wrote something tho.
I'm pretty sure the Unit will know the car. I plan on knocking on the door of them, or their hosts, until they answer and informing them that if their car is anywhere NEAR My space I'm having them towed - and will be putting the number into speeddial to prove it.
What if I had gone out? I'm pretty sure they'd be in my space anyway, I'd have nowhere to park. I'm fairly certain I'm going to get a "Well YOU were in visitor parking!" but MY point is that's my PEROGATIVE. I'd gone out to MOVE the car so someone could have the visitor space. I really hope they do it, I'm looking forward to some righteous indignation, I don't care WHAT I'm doing - WE don't do what they did. I don't park in other people's spaces even knowing they're in Visitor Parking, I don't remove laundry from washers or dryers, even when done for days. I don't' leave the lights on, I don't make messes in the common area - oh and the new one - I don't WRITE ON THE BENCH IN THE LOBBY! Who DOES that????
I'd like to point out that I wanted to and could have done a number of things but I didn't. I fight dirty, like in court. I hope they give me shit, I'm actually thinking I'd love to see them assault me. In my mood, I won't NEED to throw the first punch, I'll hit the ground and SUE them for everything they have. SOME people need to remember that I'd much rather OWN J00! than get the satisfaction of beating you up. I like the idea of collecting your measly paycheck for a long while.
Anyway, this won't get solved til tomorrow. If they know my car they'll assume it's me who wrote on the car, and I should see some effect. I've written down everything about the car, so anything that happens to mine, is circumspect. I'll SO have the cops out here super fast. And having their plate number, on me, gives me some satisfaction. I have their stuff, if they're still out there when the Unit arrives, I'm sure I can get her to tow it.
This complex is just the suck. I'm thinking I need somewhere else - there's a place down the street I want to look at. Maybe if it stays open, I can look into it.
