Also, we've cycled back to the beginning of the Rose McGowan episodes on Charmed in the morning. Hmmmm, hot pants..... This should be at least a month or more of Rose in the morning.

I'm unnaturally attached to my TV. But it's the only thing that entertains me and doesn't judge me. Sweet sweet TV.

I'd like to take back EVERY NICE THING I've ever said about Kyocera.

I just called to replace the order of Doom of Woe from last week.

- the guy was VERY rude, through the whole conversation
- He explained YET AGAIN their process when I told him I'd had it explained to me AD INFINITUM.
- When he said "If you don't have enough credit to complete the charge, it'll bounce" ACTUALLY MEANT "You filthy bum, if you can't afford the quadruple charge to your card you have no right ordering to begin with."
- When I asked about shipping he was IGNORING me to charge my card, the number I HADN'T GIVEN HIM. He went and recharged the previous card. (OK, it's the same card. My point is he COMPLETELY ignored me when I was speaking to him.)
- When I was asking about speeding up the shipping, he was AGAIN ignoring me. When I said I really need the item faster than I had originally ordered (which I'd said three times and he ignored me) he said "*SIGHS* I'll have to charge your card AGAIN, and you don't want that now, do you *insert :Cheapskate"*
- When I asked about getting a shipping upgrade thanks to the nonsense I put up with last week, he laughed.
- When I said "If I didn't need this item I certainly wouldn't be ordering from this store." He said "*hrumph* Thanks for the compliment MAAM." I said "it's not a compliment." he said "*snort* I know I was being facetious" He took my complaints PERSONALLY!
- When I laughed at him he said "YOU HAVE A good day MAAM *insert "you bitch"* I finally said "*laughs* Bite me!" He DID hear it before he hung up on me.

So, overall these are going to be VERY not happy people. I called the head office. I have the name of the person in charge of the Wireless store department. I had to leave her a message, I'm aware I won't get a call back. I'm going to write a letter at the end of the season when I can get uptight about it. I'm also thinking about calling the AG's office. While they haven't taken any money from me per se, that I haven't authorized them, I find their financial practices annoying, and they just DON'T feel right. I understand the whole "we need to make SURE we can authorize your card" but to put a hold on the amount, to then CHARGE the amount and NOT RELEASE the hold???? What's up with that? ( The phone ass pretty much told me that's how "it works" I said "Not in any OTHER transaction I've ever heard!!!")

I don't like being spoken to like I have No Clue what's going on. I don't like being talked to like I have no idea what I'm talking about, or that I have no concept of how the world works. I totally understand "we need to make sure we can do this" for the whole online order. My Speedpass works the same way. Oh, except for the fact that it actuallY WORKS. I want them to start LISTENING to their customers, instead of talking over them. the ONLY time I've ever had a rep yell at me. Even on my credit card call, they listened to me, and let me rant, before doing what they could.

You know - this ass sounded like the debt collector I called the other day. Didn't want to hear me, absolutely needed to have the last word. It's my opinion that customer service should BE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that, unless they're committing fraud, the customer is ALWAYS right. Always. Even if I call him a complete ass, he should have been profusely apologizing for living. I don't complain, I've been there I know how hard it is to deal with the public. I cut LOADS of slack. This guy, and every other rep, was AWFUL.

So, basically, DON'T order from Kyocera, and my next phone will NOT be anything resembling a Kyocera, in fact if I didn't love the phone I have I'd be returning it (not to mention the fact that I sent in the rebate. Dammit. I wish I hadn't.)

Now I have to get to work. I want to go to ManRay tonight. Probably won't be til later tho.

*ADDENDUM* Huh. Lady In Charge I go to at main number - has now called twice. I was able to talk to her the first time and told her WHY I'd decided to complain. She LISTENED to me before saying anything, even if she didn't want to. She had pulled up my order, and promised she'd "look into it." OK, maybe not, but when I said "You know I don't like to complain, I know what it's like dealign with bitchy people. But this just went over the edge." and she said "That's what we're here for - to give you service. Believe me, I don't want what happened to you to happen to ANYONE else."

THAT'S the answer I was looking for.

mostly because I'm a lazy dork ;-)

I'm _NOT_ going to ManRay tonight.
I'm on a roll at work, and I have work to do at home.
Plus, the SheBitch CPA tomorrow will be much better dealt with if I'm not exhausted.

Figure this - I don't go out this week, Maybe I don't go out next week. The following week, Wednesday is April 14, and I think I'm going to beg someone to either 1) come with me that has a licenses or 2) find somewhere to crash so I can DRINK MY FREAKIN' ASS OFF!!

Someone page [livejournal.com profile] gaelen I think I might need him for this. THAT ought to tell you how pissy I'm feeling.

*ADDENDUM* Holy Jeebus - writing that makes me see there are only TWO MORE WEEKS of this hell on earth!!!!! What is it about Tax season that makes me into a good Catholic???? sheesh!
